Future Talent Summit 2017. More information to come.

The talent landscape has dramatically changed for new college/university graduates and young professionals.  Fewer students graduate with the skills needed for today’s global workforce. Universities are challenged to produce graduates with different skills and mindsets in order to meet the demands of employers.

The Future Talent Summit will bring together the world’s thought leaders on this topic for a discussion around the future of global talent attraction.

University Presidents, Senior University leaders from the faculty, Dean’s offices, and Career Management of both undergraduate and advanced degree programs, will come together in this inaugural conference to discuss how we can adapt, change, and innovate as the world and talent landscape change around us.

Universum is uniquely positioned as a global nexus between universities, talent and employers, which provides us the unique opportunity to bring together these various constituencies together for learning, benchmarking, and networking in a meaningful way.

  • We will discuss:
  • Latest trends in the talent market and forecast for the future
  • How career centers are preparing their graduates for a new and different workplace
  • What creative measures universities are taking in their curriculums to provide students with skills necessary for the global workplace
  • We aim to:
  • Create an influential network of the world’s leading higher education institutions
  • Identify and discuss the current opportunities and challenges of the global talent market
  • Co-create solutions to strengthen the harmony between higher education institutions, employers, and incubators on talent questions
